Football Gives Back: An Auction for Every Eredivisie Club
Today marks the start of the Voetbal Geeft Week, an initiative organised by the Eredivisie CV, the 18 Eredivisie clubs, ESPN, and social partner, VriendenLoterij. What these organisations aim to achieve by coming together is an illustration of the many ways in which the beautiful game has a profound positive impact upon society, including but not limited to the promotion of healthy living, personal development and community cohesion.
From now until the 9th of December, every Eredivisie match will be connected to an exclusive live auction on our platform, featuring the worn & signed shirts of both sides’ starting and substitute players. Fans have a lot to look forward to, for this next week glitters with thrilling fixtures. The league’s two leading teams, PSV and Feyenoord, are battling it out at De Kuip; in the south west of the country, there is a fierce derby taking place between FC Twente and Go Ahead Eagles. As well as auctions for match-worn & signed shirts, fans have the opportunity to win unique products and experiences by entering a free lottery for their chosen club.
