The Collection of Stephanie van Bael

Stephanie started her collection 2,5 years ago when she personally received a shirt from Genk player Sandy Walsh for her birthday!

She and her girlfriend are both big football fans. When they found out our company was bringing Real Madrid shirts under the hammer, they had a little celebration! Still her most precious items are the shirts from De Bruyne, Lukaku and Maehle. In the future she hopes to own a Leroy Sane shirt and one from Maehle of the Danish national team.

She loves to visit matches with her partner and her grandma, who is a big football fan too. Her all-time favorite match was the Champions League game between Manchester City and Barcelona in 2016, where her favorite player De Bruyne also scored a goal!

Although many shirt collectors see a Messi or Ronaldo shirt as the ultimate achievement, Stephanie doesn’t feel that way. For her it’s more important to have a shirt from a player that is close to his fans and who seems to be a nice person outside the pitch.
