Michael Frey is a man of many talents!
Professional athletes dedicate almost their entire lives to perfecting their craft. Although some might naturally be more talented than others, it takes a lot of determination and passion to reach the pinnacle of elite sports. And though players can perform feats in their sport that the majority of the population could not, we often tend to forget that they are human just like us and can excel in other areas of life as well!
One such example is Royal Antwerp’s striker Michael Frey! The Swiss born player is currently the team’s top goal scorer with an impressive tally of 15 goals in his last 17 games and he has been a huge part of the team’s recent success in the Pro League. Besides his undeniable scoring ability, Frey has also shown us some glimpses of his creative genius outside of football!
From an early age, Frey has always had a knack for painting and even though he has dedicated a large portion of his life to football, he still finds some spare moments to work on his hobby. While still living in Switzerland, the striker was uncertain whether he should pursue a career in sports or arts as he even attended art school before turning pro. In the end, he didn’t have to choose as he has managed to combine the best of both worlds!
